Senior Brand Manager role will drive the development and execution of brand strategies across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, helping accelerate growth and strengthen brand equity in diverse and dynamic markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, this position leads integrated marketing campaigns, portfolio initiatives, product launches, media planning, and brand performance management across multiple markets.
A Senior Brand Manager role is offered on a 6 months contract with Ferrero.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand and marketing plans across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan
Drive product launches, portfolio initiatives, and consumer activation programs to support business growth
Develop compelling communication strategies and oversee campaign execution across traditional, digital, and social media channels
Monitor brand, category, and market performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities
Manage marketing investments and budgets while ensuring effective resource allocation and financial discipline
Partner with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and external agencies to deliver successful launches and in-market execution
Oversee packaging, artwork, and product lifecycle projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance requirements are met
Lead cross-functional projects and foster strong stakeholder collaboration to achieve brand and business objectives
- Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and external agencies
About You:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong marketing and brand management foundation gained within consumer-focused industries
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
- Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Familiarity with syndicated market data and business performance reporting tools is advantageous
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage
