Overview In this role you will lead the design of advanced analog and mixed-signal circuits, guiding projects from concept to silicon. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, power, and area targets are met. Responsabilità
- Lead architectural definition, design, simulation, and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, LDOs, PLLs)
- Perform transistor-level design, layout supervision, and post-layout verification to meet performance, power, and area targets
- Collaborate with system architects, digital and layout engineers, and test engineers to ensure successful product delivery
- Conduct design reviews, participate in root cause analysis for silicon issues, and improve design methodologies
- Mentor junior analog designers and support technical growth of the team
- Stay informed about industry trends and new tools to boost design efficiency and competitiveness
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and characterization reports
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 8 years of experience in analog IC design with a portfolio of tape-outs in advanced CMOS processes
- Expertise in op-amps, bandgap references, LDOs, oscillators, and data converters
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Hspice, AMS simulation
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and process variations
- Layout experience and supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a collaborative team
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus
