Hotel Villa Fiesole, situato tra le colline sopra Firenze, è alla ricerca di uno/a Shift Leader di Ricevimento per rafforzare il front desk. La risorsa coordinerà le attività durante il turno, gestirà check-in/check-out e supporterà il team in un contesto di alta qualità di servizio.
Si richiede esperienza minima di 3 anni, ottima conoscenza delle procedure di Front Office e PMS, capacità di coordinare un team, eccellenti doti relazionali e disponibilità a turnazioni, inclusi weekend e festività.
