You will be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, tracking, complaint management, incoming truck verification, delivery and invoicing error management, compliance activities (health, safety, quality, risk management), third-party supplier performance management, and pallet management.
You will deal with returns, customer dispute management, warehouse process control, and the careful management of our products in our warehouses, through regular visits.
How You'll Contribute You will:* Review and analyze inventory errors and ensure accurate inventory alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, based on information available from stakeholders.
Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring, introducing corrective measures if KPIs are not met.* Collaborate with our service providers to ensure on-time and complete delivery to our business partners, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines.* Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf life monitoring and management, continuously seek opportunities to improve productivity.* Perform project-related and ad hoc activities, particularly in relation to continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.* Develop and deliver comprehensive analyses to forecast risks and opportunities.
