Quality Auditor– EASA Part-147 Training Organization

We are looking for a full-time Quality Auditor with general IT Competencies to support the Quality Department in ensuring compliance with EASA Part‑147 requirements and internal procedures.

The role will support the Quality Manager in maintaining the organisation’s Quality System, monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, and advancing the digitalization of record-keeping and examination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist with activities related to monitoring compliance with applicable EASA Part-147 regulations and organizational procedures.
- Support the planning and execution of internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.
- Assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions and ensuring their timely closure.
- Contribute to the review and update of procedures, manuals, and MOE/MTOE documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training quality and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in identifying and implementing digital solutions for document management and organizational processes.

Essential Requirements:

- Degree or technical diploma, preferably in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
- Interest in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly EASA Part-147.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience, even at entry level, in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or document control activities.
- Knowledge of EASA Part-147, Part-145, or CAMO regulations.
- Experience in quality audits, reporting, or management of corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience working in regulated environments or organizations certified to ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
- Previous experience within an EASA-approved training organization.
- Experience in technical training or aircraft maintenance environments.
- Auditor training or participation in quality and compliance-related courses.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Safety Management Systems (SMS).
