Job Description

Role Mission

We are looking for a highly strategic, creative and culturally connected Global Influencer Relations Manager to lead Gucci's global influencer marketing strategy, develop meaningful relationships with influential digital talents and drive innovative collaborations that strengthen the House's cultural relevance, brand desirability and global visibility.

The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep knowledge of digital culture.

Working closely with Brand Image, Entertainment, PR,



Marketing and regional teams, this role will be responsible for developing and executing impactful organic and paid influencer initiatives, identifying emerging cultural voices and ensuring that all activations reflect Gucci's creative vision and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead Gucci's global influencer and creator engagement strategy.
• Build a world-class network of influencers, creators, cultural talents and opinion leaders aligned with Gucci's vision.
• Identify emerging voices, trends and communities shaping the future of fashion, culture and digital engagement.
• Drive high-impact influencer partnerships that enhance brand desirability, cultural relevance and visibility.
• Lead organic and paid partnerships, including talent negotiations, campaign deliverables and content usage rights.
• Integrate creators into key brand moments, campaigns, fashion shows, launches
