Intern wanted. Zero photocopies.
Marketing & Media Intern (Paid) at Kotton
Some internships are a waiting room with a badge. Coffee runs, photocopies, spreadsheets nobody opens. You learn nothing and leave with a LinkedIn post about "gratitude."
This is the opposite.
Who we are
Kotton is a full-funnel , tech driven digital marketing agency with presence in Milan, Barcelona and London. Our brand platform is Against Average, and we mean it. We work hand in hand with Dude, our Creative agency sister, to really do things differently for our clients.
We also build our own AI suite, K.AI, which does some pretty cool new stuff, every month.
What you'll actually do
• Marketing material and content. You'll help create the marketing content that represents Kotton and our work.
• Presentations. You'll help build the decks we put in front of clients. If you're good, we'll listen to how YOU would present them. Otherwise we'll teach you. Either way you leave with value.
• Market and desk research for client pitches. You'll dig into markets,
competitors and categories so our pitches walk in with real insight about customers' business models and economics.
• Testing AI and LLM skills. You'll help test the skills of the new in-house products we're building.
• Advanced analytics. You'll learn how to use some of the most advanced analytics techniques, on real work.
What you won't do
• Photocopy anything
• Fetch coffee for a living
• Do back-office busywork that exists only because nobody wanted to do it
Why this beats the usual internship
• Learn directly, hands on, from industry leaders working with top clients. You work next to people with 20+ years in the game internationally, on real accounts, with no layers between you and them.
• Clients, early and often. Once you've proved your worth, you'll be exposed to client meetings and presentations, and you'll see how real client conversations work.
• Media, tech, creative and AI under one roof. This is where the industry is heading,
