MindScript IT
Company Description MindScript IT designs AI-driven workflows that turn complex product evidence, supplier documentation, and compliance records into structured, traceable data. Many organizations struggle with fragmented information spread across emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, and internal folders, making it hard to see what is complete, missing, expired, or inconsistent. MindScript IT’s solutions help teams convert these scattered documents into reusable business data that supports audit-ready and compliance-focused processes. The company’s first product direction, TraceFlow AI, serves manufacturing and product-based companies by preparing verified evidence records, identifying missing supplier information, and enabling Digital Product Passport-ready workflows. MindScript IT is actively collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, and industrial partners to refine and expand its offerings.
Role Description As an Ingénieur en Intelligence Artificielle at MindScript IT, you will design, implement, and optimize AI models that power document understanding,
evidence verification, and workflow automation. You will work closely with product and engineering teams in Ancona to build robust algorithms for pattern recognition, natural language processing, and neural network-based inference that transform unstructured documents into reliable, structured data. Day-to-day activities include prototyping and evaluating models, integrating AI components into production software, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating on system architecture and performance improvements. You will also contribute to data pipelines, evaluate model accuracy and robustness, and help translate market discovery insights into technical requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ancona.
