Overview
As Medical Neuroscience Head, you will lead the country’s neuroscience medical strategy and drive impactful execution across the product lifecycle. You will shape scientific engagement, evidence generation, medical education, and external partnerships while ensuring compliance and high scientific standards. You’ll partner with Commercial, Regulatory, Access, and other teams to translate science into patient-centered medical initiatives. This role offers strategic influence, cross-functional leadership, and the opportunity to impact patient outcomes at scale. You will represent Novartis as a scientific ambassador and build trusted collaborations in the neuroscience community.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute country-specific Neuroscience medical strategy aligned with global/regional objectives
- Adapt international medical plans to locally relevant strategies for pre-launch,



launch, and lifecycle management
- Define priorities and tactical plans across scientific engagement, medical education, evidence generation, publications, and insights
- Lead local evidence generation strategies including RWE, HEOR, Phase IIIb/IV studies, and publication planning
- Provide scientific/clinical expertise to support integrated evidence strategies and local research
- Act as trusted scientific advisor to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Digital, etc.
- Ensure medical activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards
- Lead scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, academics, and societies
- Oversee field medical activities and align with Therapeutic Area objectives
- Establish processes for gathering and utilizing external insights for decision-making
