Responsabilità
- Lead project personnel across services to sustain high performance
- Oversee full project lifecycle with proactive stakeholder engagement
- Ensure project profitability through strict cost control and budgeting
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client portfolio
- Coordinate quality and safety activities per ISO 9001 and internal protocols
- Serve as primary client contact,
delivering tailored technical solutions
- Collaborate with Technical Director and multicenter teams to align with strategy
- Monitor KPIs and report progress, risks, and financial performance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Management Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in project management, service delivery, or account management
- At least 3 years in a similar position
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for complex client relationships
- Adaptable and capable of leading in multicultural environments
- Full availability to travel across Northern Italy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
