Overview
In this leadership role you build and lead a high-performing commercial team to win the North East Italian market for Glovo. You own the P&L; and steer strategic and commercial direction for the region, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive growth. You will engage top partners in the field, shape long-term growth, promotions, advertising, and operations, and leverage analytics to unlock opportunities. Expect a high-impact, hands-on leadership position in a fast-growing tech platform.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a team of 5 Key Account Managers to hit regional growth targets
- Go into the field to pitch, negotiate, and build relationships with Top Partners
- Define and execute the Area strategy for Growth, Promotions, Advertising, and Operations
- Own analytics, KPIs, partner performance,



and opportunity identification
- Monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions to improve the region’s results
- Manage P&L; ownership for the North East Italy region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution
- Represent Glovo in the field to secure high-value enterprise accounts

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years of direct experience managing commercial or account management teams
- Experience in fast-paced tech platforms, quick-commerce, or delivery apps
- Strong field experience in pitching and negotiating with enterprise accounts
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and identify leverage points
- Hands-on, autonomous worker who thrives in ambiguity and takes accountability
