Overview
As a Site Reliability Engineer on the Storage team, you ensure the banking-grade storage stack remains resilient and available. You will operate and improve databases and messaging systems, contribute to risk and compliance planning, and build self-serve tools for backend teams. Your work will influence how AI agents safely access production systems and how storage is provisioned. This is a chance to shape reliability at scale within a fast-growing fintech.

Responsabilità
- Operate and safeguard storage infrastructure in production (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch)
- Own incident response and root-cause analysis for performance issues




- Define and prioritize backup and disaster-recovery scenarios with Risk & Compliance
- Develop internal platform APIs and self-service tooling for rapid storage provisioning
- Contribute to safe, traceable AI agent access to sensitive systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise resilience and reliability

Requisiti fondamentali
- PostgreSQL production experience
- Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or Elasticsearch
- Practical use of AI in daily workflows for debugging, coding, or operations
- Ability to ship features for internal platform tooling
- Calm, rigorous incident response on stateful systems
