The perfect candidate has a natural drive and need to increase efficiency, and is curious about AI and the use of AI tools for various parts of the job.
About the RoleAs our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate members from onboarding through renewals, and using modern technology to create an efficient and flowless communication and registration process. You will work closely with senior professionals from some of the world's largest companies, helping them get the most value from their membership while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role combines relationship management with operational coordination and implementing technology for process improvement. One moment you may be speaking with a member about their participation in an upcoming workshop, and the next you may be updating CRM records, redesigning the registration system, or coordinating with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Events, and Program teams.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an outstanding attention to detail, and is comfortable taking ownership of their work.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of corporate member accounts end-to-end (onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day relationship management with senior stakeholders)
- Improve and/or redesign the registration system
- Use AI tools every day
- Support member onboarding and ensure a smooth experience from day one
- Drive participation in workshops, hosted events, and the annual Summit through proactive outreach
