What You Will Experience:
As part of the Commercial Excellence Program,



you will be based in Milan, Italy, one of Prysmian's key commercial hubs.

You will embark on:

- Rotations across key commercial functions
- Exposure to strategic customer interactions, commercial negotiations, and business decision-making.
- A dedicated mentor from Prysmian's leadership team to support your development throughout the program.

Who we are looking for:

- Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
- Passion & interest in technology and innovation.
- Ambitious self-starters who are hungry to learn, determined to succeed, and ready
