Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
* Knowledge of production KPIs and the ability to communicate the KPIs to production staff.
* Able to interact well with all levels of the organization.
* Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance.
* Motivate and develop a cohesive production team.
* Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment.Additional Responsibilities
* Maintain production and attendance records
* Ability to achieve goals and drive results.
* Shift Supervision coverage for other departments on same schedule.
* Ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff.
* Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste,
improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment.Organization

* Warehouse# Qualifications:Work Experience and Education
* Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, minimum
* 5+ years of production experienceSpecific knowledge
* Excellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal abilities.
* Strong leadership skills.
* SAP experience preferred.
* Lean Manufacturing (or similar process) skills required with proven ability to lead and drive this type of program in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong ability to coach employee’s and manage employee conflicts. xlwpduy
