Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS WMS Lead Consultant to support ongoing European warehouse transformation and rollout initiatives . The role will involve template adoption, warehouse process standardization, integration design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple European locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS, MSCA, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, warehouse operations, and logistics integrations , along with proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle WMS implementations.

Skills Required

- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Hands-on experience with MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Applications)
- Oracle Inventory Management
- Shipping & Receiving
- Logistics and Warehouse Operations
- Barcode Label Printing
- RF / Handheld Scanners
- Task Management
- Warehouse processes including:
- Put-away
- Picking
- Cross Docking
- 3PL Integrations
- EDI Integrations
- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL – preferred

Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle EBS WMS implementations
- Strong experience designing and deploying warehouse solutions within large, integrated enterprise landscapes
- Proven experience integrating Oracle EBS with:
- Transportation Management
- Trade Compliance
- Weights & Dimensions
- External logistics applications
- Good understanding of:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)




- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Intercompany
- Master Data processes

Key Responsibilities
- Lead WMS solution design and implementation activities.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and business process workshops.
- Configure Oracle WMS, Inventory, Shipping, and MSCA modules.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, and integration teams.
- Recommend best practices aligned with enterprise logistics and warehouse standards .
- Lead issue resolution and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Drive assigned deliverables independently with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have
- Experience working in European logistics and warehouse environments .
- Knowledge of:
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- PDH / PIM
- SCP
- Exposure to warehouse automation and mobility solutions.
- Experience working on large-scale warehouse transformation programs .

Engagement Expectations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability .
- Ability to independently drive deliverables and outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across European locations as required by the project.
- Initial engagement will be a 6-month subcontract , with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
