Simone was previously at Apple and co-authored award-winning papers at the international AI conferences. Both founders come from research at Sapienza University of Rome and helped lead the technical development of the Minerva LLMs, Italy's first causal language models pre-trained from scratch on Italian data.
Role Description
Principled Intelligence is looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to define and execute the company's marketing, communications, and growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will build the marketing function and coordinate with the sales and technical teams. The role covers positioning, brand and reputation management, building the company's international presence, and generating business opportunities through organic and paid channels and new distribution methods. The role calls for a combination of strategic vision, strong communication skills, analytical ability, and operational autonomy.
