We're now seeking a Program Services Manager (Tour Guide Manager) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all product needs
Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road
Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence
Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements
Address underperformance when necessary
Engage with travelers during tours
Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides
Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office
Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans
Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership
Key Requirements Experience in corporate culture-driven hiring and training
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results
