Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote
Schedule: EST Hours (Core Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM EST, with additional flexible hours)
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,500/monthly + Commission (DOE)

We are a startup helping Canadians become real estate investors through online events, bootcamps, and high-ticket coaching, offering community support and weekly calls. We are now looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Closer who can take highly qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process, negotiate favorable terms, and consistently convert opportunities into signed agreements.

About the Role
This is a sales support role, not a closing role. You will work closely with our closers and lead generation team to make sure every lead is followed up, every call is booked and prepped, and every deal is tracked. You understand how sales works,



and you keep the system clean so our closers can focus on closing.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales support, sales admin, or appointment setting, and works well on their own in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update the sales pipeline in GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Book, confirm, and reschedule sales calls for the closing team.

• Follow up with no-shows and cold leads by SMS, email, and phone.

• Prep closers before calls with lead notes and history.

• Send contracts, payment links, and onboarding steps after a deal closes.

• Hand off new clients to the client success team.

• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date every day.

• Track and report daily sales numbers (bookings, show rate, close rate).

• Spot gaps in the process and flag them to leadership.

• Support the team during online events and bootcamps.
