Job Overview
We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for an Italian Customer Support Agent | Courier & Delivery Services position in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to join the fast-paced Logistics & Supply Chain industry, providing high-quality support to clients within a globally recognized delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding their logistics and delivery inquiries.
- Monitor and troubleshoot shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
- Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve complex shipping, customs, or dispatch issues.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication via phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain accurate logs of client interactions and shipment data within internal management systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying recurring customer pain points.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met, providing world-class support for the Italian market.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in English to effectively collaborate within our international team.
- Valid EU passport or a legal permit to work in the EU (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics and supply chain environments is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering excellence in every interaction.
