YOUR ROLE

As an Intern you will be part of our Factory Logistics Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology and will be reporting to Manager Internal Logistics Operations. The position will be based in Bologna.

In your role you will join the Factory Logistics team, managing material flow in the factory from inbound of raw materials to outbound of finished goods and waste management, including the automation processes that support the internal logistics, supporting the daily monitoring of the processes and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

- Support the team to perform process analysis and root cause analysis on daily events

- Take part in initiatives implementations both from the department and external





- Support implementation of a dedicated continuous improvement/productivity initiative

Skills & Capabilities

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering or related fields

- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Familiarity with logistics operations and related systems, acquired through academic or professional experience, will be considered an advantage.

Rewards & Benefits

We offer an internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno.

For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
