Are you passionate about investment solutions and wealth management? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with different stakeholders, and developing your understanding of portfolio management for both traditional and alternative investments? We are looking for a Mandate Specialist Intern to support our team in delivering investment solutions to UBS Wealth Management clients in Italy.

Your role Responsibilities As a Mandate Specialist Intern, you will support the team in a variety of activities related to discretionary mandates and alternative investments.

Your responsibilities may include

- Coordinate the monthly review and publication of after-sales materials and support the distribution of investment-related communications.




- Prepare and update sales and aftersales marketing materials and presentations for internal and client use.
- Support Client Advisors by providing product-specific information, education and updates on investment solutions and investment processes.
- Update business monitoring tools, dashboards and analytical reports to support team activities and business development initiatives.
- Monitor daily CIO research and market insights, identifying and sharing the most relevant content with main stakeholders.
