S&You;, an international brand specializing in the search and selection of qualified personnel and Middle Management, is looking for a Business Development & Hospitality Sales Manager for a prestigious Apulian company operating in the hospitality and events sectors. Our Client is a company that has successfully combined tradition, hospitality, and innovation, developing a distinctive business model in the landscape of events and hospitality. In a phase of strong expansion and organizational structuring, the company intends to recruit a managerial figure who will guide commercial growth and contribute to consolidating its market position. The resource will play a strategic role in business development and will be tasked with identifying new commercial opportunities, expanding the relational network, and contributing to defining the company's growth strategies. They will operate transversally across the main areas of the structure's activity,



with a particular focus on the hospitality, catering, private events, weddings, and corporate events segments, supporting the achievement of development objectives both nationally and internationally. The figure will collaborate directly with the ownership and will be a protagonist in building valuable relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, contributing to the evolution of an entrepreneurial project characterized by strong dynamism and a long-term vision. We are looking for a professional who has gained solid experience in commercial and business development roles, preferably within the hospitality, events, high-end tourism sectors, or services with high relational content.
