As our next HR Specialist, you will be the ultimate catalyst for our employee journey. This is a 360° role where tactical precision meets strategic vision. Partnering closely with both local leadership and Global HQ, you will turn HR strategies into real-world impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

HR Operations, Compliance & Payroll

- Drive payroll and administrative excellence, managing monthly timesheets in flawless coordination with our external payroll provider to ensure total accuracy.
- Guard our compliance standards, ensuring the correct application of Italian Labor Law, corporate guidelines, and company policies, monitor HR KPIs through punctual and precise monthly HR reporting.
- Master global mobility, steering international visa processes and creating frictionless onboarding and ongoing support experiences for our expat community in tight synergy with the Global Mobility Team.

Talent Journey & Development

- Own the full-cycle Talent Acquisition, attracting top performers, crafting exceptional onboarding journeys, and ensuring respectful, smooth offboarding.
- Shape our Talent Development Strategy, running modern performance management cycles and rolling out cutting-edge L&D; plans.
- Empower tomorrow's leaders,



designing targeted initiatives to develop cross-functional power skills and strong leadership behaviors.

Culture, Well-being & Global Partnership

- Amplifying our company culture, breathing life into workplace vibes through memorable team-building activities, internal events, and active DE&I; initiatives;
- Nurture employee well-being, acting as the daily point of contact for corporate welfare programs and premium employee benefits;

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 3 years of experience in the role;
- University Degree in Law/Economics, Languages, or similar;
- Fluent Italian & English (Mandatory), Chinese is a plus;
- People & Influence Skills: exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholder decisions at all levels;
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: an analytical mindset capable of using HR data to diagnose issues, predict trends, and deliver solutions;
- Flexibility, organizational talent, ability to navigate complex situations, true team-player attitude.
