Organization & Reporting Line

- Direct report to CFO.
- Current location: Corsico (MI).
- Interaction with corporate leadership team and international stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Admin Dept and external payroll/provider structures.

Role Purpose The HR Business Partner, People & Development will support the People function by driving people development initiatives, organizational projects, internal communication, and talent management processes across the business. The role will also act as HR Business Partner for the corporate population.

Main Responsibilities

- Support managers on organizational effectiveness, people development, and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate and drive performance management and competency mapping projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Interface regularly with reporting/communication flows. international subsidiaries and support
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR and organizational development projects, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up activities.
- Design and implement people development and organizational initiatives within a fastevolving and transformation-oriented environment.
- Define, implement, and manage performance management, potential evaluation, and competency mapping processes.
- Design, implement, and monitor training and development programs aligned with business priorities,



ensuring quality standards, engagement, and measurable impact.
- Contribute to the development of HR processes and tools currently being built within the organization.
- Design development plans supporting internal career paths and talent growth across the organization.
- Map key positions and key talents, ensuring continuous updates and organizational alignment.
- Manage and monitor succession planning activities.
- Implement and manage digital tools supporting learning and development processes.
- Manage relationships with external partners and training providers.
- Monitor HR development budgets and related reporting activities.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to translate HR strategy into operational actions.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in HR Business Partnering, People Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Ability to work effectively in a greenfield or evolving organizational environment.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to coaching/training programs is considered a plus.
- Background in Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
