The Role
We are looking for a Finance & People Ops Specialist to join our centralized Business Operations team . This is a pure builder and execution role: you will act as the operational reference point for Finance and People Teams across international markets. Key Responsibilities
- CRM Building & Optimization: Get your hands dirty in dedicated CRM. You will configure, clean, and map our actual processes within the tool, building complex workflows, managing properties, and structuring pipelines.
- Data Architecture & Reporting: Build and own reliable dashboards and reports. You will ensure that cross-country data is accurate, turning our CRM into the absolute source of truth.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Gather technical and operational requirements from Finance, People and Legal team leads, translating needs into working computer flows.
