Chaberton Professionals, the Middle & Top Management Search & Selection division of Chaberton Partners, is currently supporting a prestigious multinational company in the search for a Global Executive Assistant to the Group CEO.

Descrizione della posizione The Role

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support in a fast-paced, international environment. The role will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring the effective management of priorities, relationships and day-to-day activities, while supporting key corporate and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Group CEO’s complex and constantly evolving international diary, coordinating meetings and commitments across multiple time zones and prioritising competing demands.
- Oversee all aspects of domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa arrangements, while proactively managing changes and last-minute requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate high-level materials for meetings and events, including presentations, executive briefings, meeting packs and summaries.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO Office, Senior Management, the Board of Directors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Coordinate Board meetings, Leadership Team meetings, corporate events, conferences and other high-profile engagements, ensuring all logistical and organisational aspects are handled seamlessly.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, managing incoming communications, requests and correspondence and ensuring that priorities are addressed efficiently.




- Liaise with international offices and senior stakeholders across different countries and cultures, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to corporate strategy, financial matters, M&A; and other strategic business activities with the utmost discretion.
- Support the Group CEO on corporate governance activities and facilitate coordination with key corporate functions and senior executives.
- Proactively anticipate the CEO’s needs, identify priorities and ensure effective follow-up on key actions and commitments.

About You

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite executive, Group CEO or similar senior leader within an international corporate environment. Experience as a Chief of Staff would be considered a strong plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Board members, investors, institutional representatives and other high-profile contacts.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a confident and professional approach when dealing with senior-level stakeholders.
- High level of discretion, integrity and sound judgement, with proven experience handling highly confidential matters.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to accommodate the Group CEO’s international schedule and business requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
