To strengthen our Research & Development area, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the R&D; team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Research & Development, supporting her in coordinating and managing innovative national and European projects. A professional growth path is envisaged, aimed at graduallyacquiring autonomy in managing projects and assignments.
Mainresponsibilities Collaborate in the planning, organization, and management of project activities;
Support the monitoring of timelines, resources, and project progress;
Contribute to the operational coordination of internal and external working groups;
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project materials;
Provide support in cost control activities and in managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
Participate in the development of technological innovation and digitalization initiatives;
Assist the team in managing nationally and European-funded projects, with a particular focus on research, development, and technology
