WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IV&V; Engineer - Defence Location: Rome, on-site Are you passionate about space technology and mission-critical systems? Join our client’s elite team in Rome, a trusted partner of European governments and international organizations. With over 30 years of expertise, they specialise in IT and space services, offering operational and engineering support for Earth observation, satellite data processing, and applied R&D.; As an IV&V; System Engineer, you will be responsible for system validation, test planning, and technical documentation in support of critical engineering activities.

YOUR TASKS Define verification planning and establish test pass criteria Write and review operational and functional procedures Perform test evaluation and result analysis Provide software support to engineering teams Interface with all subsystems during AIV phases Support operational and pre-operational phases Author and maintain technical documentation YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field Strong understanding of System Engineering and Ground Segment subsystems Experience working in Linux environments and virtualised infrastructures (e.g., VMware) Familiarity with the ECSS AIV process Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, and technical documentation management University de
