For a European Research & Innovation project in digital construction and the built environment , AITOWN is looking for candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related fields who are interested in how AI and digital technologies can transform construction, renovation and building operations .

The work will involve applied R&D; around Generative AI, BIM, Digital Twins and digital applications for construction , with opportunities to experiment with new ideas, rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development.

What we look for

- Background in Civil, Building, Construction, Architecture or related fields
- Strong interest, preferably with some experience, in GenAI and digital construction
- Some exposure to BIM, coding, data or digital tools
- Fluent English

Nice to have
- Experience with Digital Twins, IoT,



computational design or construction data
- Experience with prototypes, apps, automation or AI-assisted coding
- Relevant thesis, research or personal projects

We are open to different levels of experience and collaboration formats, including internships, tempo parziale collaboration or longer-term roles , Depending on the candidate’s profile and availability, it can develop into a longer-term position as the project evolves and the candidate demonstrates growing capability and responsibility.
