For our Marketing Department, we are looking for a Brand & Sales Training Intern who, reporting directly to the Training Manager, will support the development and delivery of training initiatives for Cassina's international sales network while contributing to strategic cross-functional projects.

Your Impact
As a Brand & Sales Training Intern, you will contribute to strengthening the knowledge, engagement and development of Cassina's global sales community. Through digital learning initiatives, training programs, strategic projects and international headquarters visits, you will help deliver a consistent and inspiring brand experience across markets while developing a comprehensive understanding of the luxury design industry.
What You Will Do
During this experience, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to different areas, including digital learning, training programs, strategic projects and brand experiences, developing both operational and project management skills within an international environment.
Cassina Academy & Digital Training
- Support the management and development of Cassina Academy, Cassina's digital training platform;
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of the Academy editorial calendar, liaising with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders;
- Support the management of the systems and databases connected to the platform;
- Monitor platform activities, KPIs and interact with Customer Service, Sales teams, international markets and external suppliers.
Training Programs
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new members of the Directly Operated Stores and Wholesale sales network;
- Update, organize and maintain training materials, presentations and learning resources;
- Support the preparation and delivery of classroom and online training sessions;
Special Projects
- Support strategic initiatives including Cassina Yachting, brand collaborations and co-branding projects;
- Coordinate activities involving different internal departments and external partners;
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, project materials and follow-up activities;
Headquarters Visits & Brand Experience
- Coordinate visits to Cassina Headquarters for international clients, dealers and sales teams;
- Manage agendas and liaise with internal departments involved in the visits;
- Coordinate external service providers responsible for the operational organization and delivery of the visits;
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a curious, proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design, brand culture and learning development. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic international environment, is eager to learn and is comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Design, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Languages or related fields;
- Previous academic or internship experience in training, marketing, communication, project management or related areas is considered a plus;
- Fluent Italian and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
- Interest in design, luxury brands and international business environments.
Technical and Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive, collaborative and hands-on attitude;
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously;
- Good public-speaking skills or a strong motivation to develop them;
- Analytical mindset and ability to monitor activities and performance indicators;
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability;
- Knowledge of French is considered a strong plus.
Work Location: Meda (MB), with the possibility to work from the Milan office on selected days according to business and team needs.
Monthly Allowance: €800 gross per month;
