Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare buildings for hire, including washing, cleaning, and general presentation. Assist with building repairs, maintenance, and general refurbishment activities. Install and fit windows, doors, mouldings, fixtures, and hardware. Perform sweeping and general cleanup of construction and work areas. Identify, report, and address potential hazards in accordance with workplace safety requirements.
