You will advise senior leaders on regulatory compliance and risk, translating business priorities into actionable EXR plans across multiple functions, including IT Ops, transportation, and supply chain.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent, fair processes, navigate EU labour law changes, and lead strategic initiatives while supporting country ER leaders.
