We are looking for an Account Manager – Italy & Spain to join our growing team and manage key client relationships across both markets.
The Role
You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients , owning the relationship from brief to delivery and ensuring projects run smoothly, strategically and commercially.
This is not just a project coordination role.
We are looking for someone who understands clients, builds strong relationships, can challenge a brief when necessary and identifies opportunities to grow accounts and expand partnerships .
You will work closely with our Creative Strategy, Account teams, connecting client needs with the right internal expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with key clients across Italy and Spain
- Manage projects from brief through delivery, ensuring quality, timing and budget are respected
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear internal direction
- Coordinate Creative, Strategy, Production and Creator teams
- Lead client calls, presentations, feedback rounds and project follow-ups
- Maintain a clear overview of account priorities, deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Anticipate client needs and proactively solve issues before they become problems
- Identify upselling, cross-selling and new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Support proposals, scopes of work,
budgets and commercial negotiations
- Build long-term client partnerships rather than transactional project relationships
- Ensure Cooltura consistently delivers a high standard of strategic thinking, creativity and client service
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Services within a creative, social, digital or advertising agency
- Native or bilingual Italian and Spanish
- Strong professional English
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of social media, digital culture and contemporary brand communication
- Commercial mindset and confidence discussing budgets, scopes and opportunities
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Able to work effectively across creative, strategic and production teams
- Experience working with international brands and social-first campaigns
The Profile We are looking for someone who is sharp, reliable, commercially minded and genuinely good with people .
Someone who doesn't simply take briefs and pass information between teams, but understands the bigger picture: what the client is trying to achieve, what the team needs to deliver great work and where there is an opportunity to strengthen and grow the relationship.
You should feel equally comfortable running a client meeting, reviewing a scope, coordinating internal teams and spotting the next opportunity for the account.
