Overview As a Procurement Specialist at Satispay, you will shape procurement strategy to support rapid growth and cost efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant procurement processes and optimize spend. You’ll lead vendor negotiations, maintain the contract management system, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This role offers ownership in a fast-paced fintech environment and a chance to contribute to a purpose-built, user-friendly financial platform.

Responsabilità
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage procurement spend
- Support internal stakeholders with procurement guidance aligned to policies
- Oversee contract management in the online system, ensuring contracts are up-to-date and accessible
- Ensure compliance in procurement processes and correct approval flows
- Track KPIs (cost savings, lead times,



contract coverage) and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement to procurement processes and scalability

Requisiti fondamentali
- 1+ years in procurement, legal, or administrative functions with a Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related fields
- Familiarity with cost management and operational efficiency
- Contract-savvy mindset; detail-oriented and able to dive into contractual clauses
- Strong negotiation abilities and understanding of supplier dynamics; experience with media contracts a plus
- Strategic and structured thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus
