Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com users
- Manage accommodation inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellation requests within the fast-paced tourism sector
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving travel-related issues with speed and efficiency
- Collaborate with international hotel partners to troubleshoot reservation discrepancies and maintain service standards
- Provide expert guidance on travel policies and platform features to ensure a seamless vacation experience

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within our international work environment
- Valid EU passport or valid residency permit in Greece

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical or service-related challenges
