Overview
In this role you will drive category growth by developing and executing commercial activities with the Italian sales team, to hit turnover and market share targets. You will manage NPD go-to-market, promotions, and trade initiatives, while analyzing sellout data to refine plans. You will coordinate with suppliers and regional partners, and lead artwork, POS materials, and trade presentations. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and potential for international relocation within a global FMCG leader.

Responsabilità
- Own Net Sales, market share and KPI targets for assigned categories
- Define category plans and strategies for launches, distribution, and promotions
- Project manage NPDs for timely go-to-market
- Analyze sellout data: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors
- Implement Consumer and Trade Promotion plans




- Manage relationships with suppliers and regional/local partners
- Coordinate distribution and display initiatives with Sales Team
- Oversee artwork/labels and POS/promo pack materials development
- Develop trade presentations using regional assets
- Collaborate with Regional teams on branding and media campaigns rollout

Requisiti fondamentali
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Commercial background with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing/Marketing in a multinational FMCG company
- E-commerce experience would be a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools is an advantage
- Strong communicator and team player
- Problem solver with autonomy
- Highly organized with multi-tasking and prioritization
