Alongside its flagship brand, Ikonic continues to expand a carefully selected portfolio of complementary equestrian brands, distributed through professional partners and retailers.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are now accelerating the development of this multi-brand portfolio in Italy.




We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional ready to build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable business growth in the Italian market.
Build long-term commercial partnerships with key industry players.
Introduce and develop Ikonic's portfolio of premium equestrian brands in the Italian market.
Identify and acquire new strategic retail accounts.
Drive sustainable sales growth across the territory.
Represent the brands at professional events and trade shows.
Work closely with the European management team to implement the commercial strategy.
Remote position, with frequent travel throughout Italy.
Proven experience in field-based B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of the equestrian industry and equipment market.
Native or fluent in Italian.
Good command of English.
Ability to strategically develop the territory and build a strong network of professional retailers.
Uncapped commission structure.
Annual performance premio.
Close support from an experienced European management team.
