Overview In this role you support the CSA business' financial performance, reporting, and operational finance. You work closely with regional finance leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective margin management. You will drive forecasting, data quality, and insights to inform business decisions across multiple regions. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape financial processes in a multinational, purpose-driven energy technology company.

Responsabilità
Financial Planning & Analysis: forecast, revenue and margin analysis, develop outlooks with regional managers
Financial Reporting & Closing: monthly/quarterly/year-end close, statutory reporting, audit support
Project & Contract Accounting: manage POC accounting, revenue recognition, and margin analysis
Intercompany & Controllership Support: intercompany billing,
reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis
Process Improvement & Data Quality: improve reporting accuracy, automate processes, and enhance finance tools
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
Experience in financial planning & analysis, controllership, project accounting, or commercial finance
Understanding of revenue recognition and POC concepts is desirable
Experience in a complex multinational environment preferred
