Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of production KPIs and the ability to communicate the KPIs to production staff.
- Able to interact well with all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance.
- Motivate and develop a cohesive production team.
- Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment. Additional

Responsibilities
- Maintain production and attendance records
- Ability to achieve goals and drive results.
- Shift Supervision coverage for other departments on same schedule.
- Ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste,



improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment. Organization

- Warehouse# Qualifications: Work Experience and

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, minimum
- 5+ years of production experienceSpecific knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership skills.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing (or similar process) skills required with proven ability to lead and drive this type of program in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to coach employee's and manage employee conflicts. xrdztoy
