Overview In this role you support purchasing planning and logistics coordination to ensure on-time, full deliveries across international suppliers. You work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to maintain material flow and business continuity. Manage purchasing planning activities and issue purchase orders to support production and business needs
Coordinate with international suppliers, purchasing teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure timely deliveries




Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export and logistics processes
2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or similar supply chain role in an international environment
~ Experience with overseas suppliers, especially APAC, and familiarity with international transportation and customs processes
~ Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
~ Fluent Italian with good written and spoken English
~ Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
