Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
- Define maintainability requirements and collaborate with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from design through In-Service support, to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance planning,
including preventive, predictive, and corrective activities
- Support fleet modeling activities to determine spare parts requirements throughout the entire engine lifecycle
- Define support and test equipment requirements , with particular focus on packaging, handling, storage, and transportation needs for critical components and equipment
- Identify manpower and staffing requirements for the various maintenance bases
- Define training requirements for operators, as well as the need for technical publications and related support documentation
- Participate in cross-functional teams during lean events aimed at improving productivity within service contract execution
Required Qualification:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering , or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Clear, structured thinking with a careful and diligen
