Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
Purpose of the position:
As 2nd Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Asset Base Service, supporting the safe and efficient execution of offshore construction activities during your assigned shift. You will assist the Offshore Construction Supervisor in coordinating vessel operations, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, project requirements, and operational procedures while contributing to the successful delivery of offshore campaigns.
How can you support us?
- Coordinate offshore personnel, subcontractors, and vessel departments to maintain operational continuity and productivity.
- Support and supervise offshore construction activities during assigned shifts, ensuring safe and efficient execution of operations.
- Ensure compliance with Company HSE policies, procedures, permit‑to‑work systems, and client requirements.
