About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Intern to join the Team,
starting from October 2026 for six months. The Concierge Intern supports the team in anticipating and fulfilling a diverse range of guest requests. In collaboration with our Concierge team, this role is committed to elevating the guest experience, ensuring each stay is both seamless and memorable.
What you will do
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist customers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Promptly inform the Management team i n case of guests’ complaints.
