YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Junior Consumer Value Insights Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team, helping us analyze consumer behavior, extract insights, and support value-creation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on transforming data into meaningful recommendations that help improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and business performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams,
the specialist ensures that consumer insights guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.
You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will:

- Analyze consumer data, market trends, and feedback sources to identify key insights that support consumer value initiatives.
- Assess patterns related to engagement, retention, purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value to highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and track performance over time.
- Collaborate with Consumer Value, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to provide insight-driven recommendations for new initiatives and optimizations.
