Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React) based in Italy. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across both backend and frontend layers. NET and C# alongside React, Redux, and JavaScript to deliver impactful software solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with opportunities to influence architecture, technical decisions, and development practices. You will contribute to cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform and modern CI/CD practices. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, you will translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will also support code quality and team development through mentoring, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, reliable, and efficient full-stack applications.
Build and maintain backend services using .NET, C#, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
Develop responsive and maintainable frontend components using React, Redux, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code while following established engineering best practices.
Contribute to software architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and long-term engineering strategy.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
Apply cloud technologies and DevOps practices to improve development and delivery workflows.
Mentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 4 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in .NET and C#.
Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
