QUALITY SPECIALIST (QPE) (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
- Ensure compliance with customer, internal, legal, and Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements throughout serial production.
- Drive structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as PSCS, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other quality tools.
- Lead investigations of quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.




- Coordinate sorting activities and quality containment actions within production and external service providers when required.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven decision making.
- Plan, perform, and follow up on product audits and process audits, ensuring compliance with defined standards and customer requirements.
- Support internal, customer, certification, and IATF 16949 audits, including preparation, execution, follow-up, and closure of audit findings.
- Verify fulfillment of product requirements according to engineering drawings, specifications, standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or another related technical field.
