Your role
We are looking for an Operations sustainability assistant who will support us shaping the evolution of climate workshops as well as enhancing sustainability learning journey. The candidate will support the development of environmental sustainability learning modules, help drive employee awareness and contribute to permeate knowledge across the organization through the EssilorLuxottica training platform.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the evolution of climate workshops learning and engagement journey on EssilorLuxottica training platform, contributing to the definition of its future strategy, objectives, and engagement approach
- Assist in the design and development of workshops modules and learning content, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability prio
