Overview As Partnerships Manager for restaurant partners, you will build and grow trusted relationships to drive partner success and Glovo's revenue. You'll use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize impact. You'll own onboarding, marketing activations, and menu optimization to accelerate growth and profitability for partners and Glovo. This role blends strategic guidance with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, diverse environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilità
Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
Understand partners' goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth,



and profitability
Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner onboarding in the app from store setup to initial days, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customized partner solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
~2-3 years in high-performance account/sales management or business consulting
~ Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
~ Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus
~ Problem-solving mindset with data-driven, analytical approach
~ Strong organizational skills and time management; proactive with strategic and hands-on execution
~ Good knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce experience a plus
~ Native Italian; proficient in English
