Support workforce transitions and integrations. Help plan and navigate workforce changes after acquisitions and reorganisations across EU countries, balancing business needs with fair treatment and legal compliance. Handle claims and litigation across EU jurisdictions, coordinating with local outside counsel and aligning HR, finance, and leadership on strategy.
Partner with Talent and People teams to keep hiring processes and AI‑powered tools compliant, and create templates, policies, and playbooks using AI‑powered workflows.
Monitor developments in national and EU employment law, and turn them into clear, practical guidance for the business.
